Nigel Jewell launched Jewell Home Design in 2015 to focus on providing a high level of  professional service with custom designed homes. With over 20 years experience with some of Perth's largest & top builders & more recently as the designer & founding director of one of Perth's biggest building brokers Home Builders Advantage. Along my journey I have trained & performed in various roles  parallel to designing homes. Including project management & supervision, contracts administration & sales. All of these roles have given me a sound knowledge base of the building industry & have only better honed my design skills & ability to work one on one with my clients to unlock the perfect design solution for their project. Producing literally hundreds of designs for new homes, unit developments & additions means I can quickly & effectively produce the right design for you. As a Green-smart Professional all aspects of solar passive design will be explored.

Prices

Our prices are competitive with most experienced design drafting professionals within the current market. Our degree of difference is we will design the home parallel to tendering & working with a builder so budgets are maintained. Payment may also be included in the contract with the builder so a minimum cash outlay can be achieved.

A concept design can cost as little as $500. However to explore the full potential of your needs the price will most likely range from 0.5% & 1.5% of the contract price. Alternatively we can work to a $/m² rate & breakdown each process into individual costs. Additional fees would include, council application fees, surveyors & engineers costs, energy assessment rating & photorealistic rendering per image.
